I had to run on the treadmill this morning because I was short on time and Aubree couldn't run with me early.  I tried to listen to the bits and pieces of General Conference that I missed over the weekend.

7 miles @ 8:30 0% incline.

Went upstairs to get water, wake up kids and start a load of laundry.  Ate a pancake and a few watermelon jelly beans.  The beans did not sit well with me today.

8 miles @ 8:13 0% incline.
